What is a Connection Coach?
Connection is my North Star. Connection, with oneself, with other people, with the planet, is when the greatest joys and successes in life are unlocked. When one becomes disconnected, it becomes difficult to clearly identify goals and achieve them. As a life coach, my aim is to help clients develop a clear connection to themselves so they can begin making positive connections in their relationships, professional life or in their personal growth.
About Amy
I graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies from Texas State. While in college, I simultaneously built a green cleaning business, then sold the company by the time I was 28. Since then, I’ve decided to turn my passion for optimization and growth, and my desire to help others connect deeply with themselves and the world around them into a life coaching career.
